Received the Masters degree in Orthodontics (MDS) from Bangalore university, Karnataka, India in 1976.
Studied at Government dental college and research institute, Bangalore, India.
Served as a lecturer in dentistry at Government dental college, Bangalore.
Served as assistant professor in Orthodontics in the same institution from 1981 to 1993.
From 1993 to 1999 served as an orthodontist in the Ministry of Public health, State of Kuwait. (award certificate to be inserted)
From 1999 to 2001, worked as professor and Head of the department of Orthodontics at K.L.E.S. dental college, Bangalore. In the institution served as Vice Principal, Professor & Head of the Department of Orthodontics from 2001 to 2004.
From 2005 to 2009 served as Professor and Head of the department of Orthodontics at M.S.Ramaiah dental college, Bangalore.
From 2009 to 2012 served as Principal, Professor and Head of the department of Orthodontics at K.L.E.S. dental college, Bangalore.
